Optional Patch Test for Allergies: This is a test behind the ear or in hair line to check for any allergic reaction to the anaesthetic cream or pigments.
Consultation: Miriam will explain step by step the cosmetic tattooing procedure and what can be achieved. Skin colouring, design, medical background, placement and pigment choice will be fully considered.
Initial Procedure: The initial procedure will take about 1 hour 30 minutes, 50 minutes for the anaesthetic to take effect – during this time a consultation will take place, 20 minutes for the design and 20 minutes for the actual permanent makeup procedure.
Aftercare: At the end of the treatment Miriam will take the time to verbally instruct you how to look after the treated area, you will also go home with the same written information. Miriam will also provide you with a sachet of aftercare product which you will take home and use as per her instructions. It is extremely important that you adhere to the advice given upon leaving the clinic environment, any picking or knocking of the treated area may result in an infection or effect the final result which may then require you to have further treatment at an extra charge.
Follow Up Procedure: This is a top-up procedure which is necessary to ensure the original pigment doesn’t fade too quickly. This procedure needs to be carried out after a month but within 3 months after initial treatment.
